SPUS Guidance Office hosted a Mental Health Talk
HIGHLIGHTS: As SPUS joins the celebration of the Guidance Month, the SPUS Guidance Office hosted a Mental Health Talk at the SPUS Basic Education Gymnasium, focusing on help-seeking behavior and stress management. Led by Ms. Kristal Liza C. Besario, RN, MAN. The session provided students with valuable strategies for managing stress and fostering a culture of mental well-being.
